Our signature homemade sourdough bread will keep you wanting for more, it is loved by many for its soft and chewy texture while keeping it crisp and crunchy on the outside, a result of hand kneading the dough to develop gluten and create structure in the bread.

Both options are available : Whole or SlicedWe also cultivate our own yeast in house as dough starter, giving it that special hint of tartness to your nose and taste bud. We carefully hand fold each loaf followed by a long process of up to 36 hours slow fermentation. Our sourdough is packed with lactic acids that will bring you lots of health benefits and is always freshly baked just for you!
Simply dip a piece in premium olive oil or pair it with your favorite cold cuts and cheese board or even a hot dish! The possibilities of pairings are infinite!
